At Cindi’s Hair Studio, we strive to provide every guest with an exceptional visit—and part of that means having a few respectful boundaries in place. Our policies are designed to protect your time, our team’s time, and the high level of service we aim to deliver each day.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment—or no-call, no-shows—will require a card on file to rebook. If a second late cancellation or no-show occurs, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled service total.

Redo / Service Adjustments

If something feels off after your visit, we want to make it right. Guests may contact us within 3 days of their original service to request a complimentary adjustment. Adjustments must be completed within 7 days and will be performed by the original stylist whenever possible.

Please note: if your desired result requires an additional service not originally booked or completed, you will be charged full price for the added service. If you request a higher-level stylist for your adjustment, you will be responsible for the price difference.

Children & Pets

For the safety and comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring pets or children under 6 to your appointment unless they are receiving a service. If a child age 6 or older is with you, they must remain seated by your side throughout the appointment.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available in any amount and can be used for services or retail purchases. They’re non-refundable and treated like cash, so please keep them safe!

Returns & Exchanges

If a product isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to help. We offer full exchanges or store credit toward another product or a gift card. Returns on hot tools (hairdryers, curling irons, flat irons) must be made within 14 days and include original packaging. Unfortunately, custom-ordered hair extensions are final sale.

We accept all major credit cards and cash. Tips for card transactions can be left securely through Tippy.
